elected by unanimous decision of the board members.
A quick review of the by-law changes made by the by-law review committee was completed. Questions answered. Copies of the changes will be distributed at the next BOD meeting in February.
· Charles Knibbe motioned to “Approved the by-law changes as written with the ability to alter the bylaws as required” – seconded by Fred Rose – Approved.
· Fred Rose motioned to “Set the annual dues for an individual membership at $15 and for family, business and friend at $25” – seconded by Judy Davenport – Approved.
Anticipate a monthly BOD meeting for the next six months while the Southerland Properties -- TNRCC permit hearing is in session.
